Return Policy

Scope

This policy applies to tangible goods purchased through channels promoted on wlozarinstyx.ddd. Digital drafts or beta overlays delivered without charge do not create automatic refund rights unless expressly stated.

Withdrawal for EU consumers

If you qualify as a consumer under Directive 2011/83/EU, you may withdraw within fourteen days of receiving goods without giving a reason. Notify the desk via email or the Reach form before returning items. Items must show only handling consistent with inspecting them in a retail setting.

Return shipment

Unless defective, you cover return postage to Pyhäjärventie 16, 27800 Säkylä, Finland. Use tracked services when possible so carriers supply proof of delivery.

Defective or incorrect goods

Photograph packaging issues within forty-eight hours of delivery and contact us with order references. We arrange prepaid labels when liability rests with fulfillment.

Refunds

Approved refunds use the original payment path within fourteen banking days of receiving returned stock. Shipping charges paid at checkout are refunded only when the entire order was faulty or regulations require it.

Non-returnable items

Personalized embossing or goods sealed for transport may be excluded once protective wrapping is opened beyond what inspection reasonably requires, when permitted by Finnish consumer statutes.
